Have a plan for everything
Do you have a shack or caravan you like to use during the holidays? Is there a place you regularly visit away from home? It might be a good idea to make a second Bushfire Plan for this location.
It's also important to plan for different situations within your household Bushfire Plan. Work, school, hobbies, family responsibilities and other commitments can spread the members of your household across many different locations. Make sure your Bushfire Plan takes some of the most common scenarios into account, so that you have a better chance of staying safe.
Did you know you can do your Bushfire Plan online? Go to Bushfire.tas.gov.au and complete your online Plan, that way TFS can notify you annually to remind you to keep it updated!
